2025–2026 activities and public events recap:

📅 Key Events & Initiatives in 2025
1. February 26, 2025 — Human Trafficking and Religion

Stop Trafficking Worldwide participated in a major hosted event in London addressing the role of faith communities in combating trafficking and modern slavery, with a distinguished panel of faith leaders and public figures discussing collaboration, survivor support, and systemic solutions.

2. June 18, 2025 — Slaves for Sale

The organisation held a bold public event confronting modern slavery and exploitation in supply chains, online platforms, and services.

3. July 30, 2025 — Strategic Anti-Trafficking Forum

A strategic forum hosted at Lancaster Gate (London) brought together leaders, advocates, experts, and diaspora representatives to expand awareness, propose policy solutions, and build collaborations.

4. September 5, 2025 — 7th AIDO International Convention

Stop Trafficking Worldwide co-hosted (with AIDO International) a global convention titled “Breaking Chains – A Global Convention on Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking” at the Hilton Hotel in Croydon. It united international stakeholders, activists, and experts in dialogue on ending trafficking worldwide.

5. December 3, 2025 — Blog & Webinar Highlights

The organisation published a series of blog posts and hosted a webinar celebrating 2025 achievements, including survivor stories, spotlighting Portugal’s anti-trafficking efforts and analysing consumer roles in ethical supply chains. (Stop Trafficking)

6. Outreach & Awareness Activities

Throughout 2025, multiple public awareness outreach events—leafleting, street presence, and demonstrations—were organised in high-traffic London locations.

1. Continued Awareness & Outreach (Planned)

Outreach calendar indicated planned London activities in July 2026 (date TBC) aimed at further public education and mobilisation. (Stop Trafficking)

2. Ongoing Campaign Presence Online & in Media

STWW CIC website shows ongoing blogging and awareness campaigns into late 2025 and signals continued collaboration with partner organisations into 2026.

🧭 (Global Movement in 2025–2026)

World Day Against Trafficking in Persons (July 30, 2025): A UN-designated annual awareness day observed globally, often leveraged by NGOs to amplify advocacy close to their own events.
